I am a multidisciplinary photographer and visual journalist dedicated to deep, narrative-driven storytelling.
My work bridges raw human emotion with refined aesthetic precision, exploring the intricate threads that connect ancient culture, endangered nature, and premium architectural spaces.
My creative voice is defined by a refusal to produce flat, clinical imagery. Instead, I approach every subject—whether a luxury destination or a remote community—through a lens of dramatic shadow play, tactile texture, and profound respect for authenticity.
This uncompromised approach has earned features in prestigious global design institutions like Architectural Digest, and comissions for the Michelin Guide.
As a fine-art and documentary exhibitor, my work has been showcased at the highest institutional levels. Most recently, my landmark documentary series on the cultural fabric of Mexican corner stores (tienditas de abarrotes) was exhibited for ANPEC inside the Cámara de Diputados in Mexico City.
To capture this living tapestry of commerce and connection, I traveled extensively across multiple states, documenting the unique realities of shopkeepers in both bustling urban centers and forgotten, forsaken villages across central Mexico. The resulting exhibition served as a powerful visual archive, weaving together their profound, unscripted personal stories to cement my commitment to preserving contemporary heritage through a powerful visual lens.
My vision is equally anchored in the world’s most untamed frontiers. As an expeditionary storyteller, my documentation of critically endangered wildlife, nomadic survival, and indigenous preservation spans deep journeys through the Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia. I have tracked nomadic horse cultures through the high, frozen peaks of Kyrgyzstan, documented rhinos across the savannas of South Africa, followed rare primates through the ancient canopies of Sumatra and Borneo, and embedded with the northern hill tribes of Thailand.
Believing that true documentary work requires deep immersion rather than passive voyeurism, I cross lines that standard tourism cannot. I have lived for weeks alongside an authentic Maasai community in the East African bush of Kenya and Tanzania, embedded with the ancestral tiemperos (weather-guardians) of Amecameca, and spent a month living inside a remote monastic school in Myanmar.
From tracking the frantic, raw energy of La Nueva Viga Market to framing high-fashion editorials across global design capitals, my camera serves as a collaborative witness. I capture the world across its entire spectrum: the raw, the sacred, and the refined.
